Caltech Up Close 2019 Application

Caltech Up Close is open to all U.S. Citizens/Dual Citizens, U.S Permanent Residents, and Undocumented/DACA students graduating from a U.S. high school in 2020. Using a desktop computer or tablet, please complete this form using the student's information. The application and all required materials must be submitted by Friday, August 16 at 5:00 pm PT. Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

Before you begin filling out the application, make sure you have an unofficial transcript (including grades 9-11) available and ready to upload as a PDF document. A PDF of your transcript is required for a complete application. We recommend that you have the document available before you begin the application because you will not be able to save your progress on the application.
