Group Tour Request Form

The Caltech Undergraduate Admissions Office offers group tours on a first-come, first-served, limited basis. This tour arrangement is intended for groups of 10-40 high school aged students (grades 9-12) or prospective transfer students and lasts approximately 90 minutes. It is designed for students who are specifically interested in applying to Caltech to pursue an undergraduate degree.

Requests must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of your date, and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your request. Because of our limited availability for these requests, here are few things to keep in mind:

We can only accommodate high school age or prospective transfer students.
We can only accommodate groups of up to 40 students.
We cannot take the group into labs or accommodate other activities, beyond the student-led tour.
The tour will be conducted in English, and we are unable to accommodate groups needing an interpreter.
The tour will cover different aspects of Caltech's student life including housing, clubs, and academics. There will be a Q & A session led by an admission officer after the tour.
Additionally, we are unable to accommodate groups led by a travel agent or any for-profit organization.

For the safety and well-being of our visitors and tour guides, we require at least 2 chaperones for groups of 20+.
